Ingredients: Red chilly, Coriander, Cumin, Black Pepper, Bengal Gram Dhal, Turmeric, Salt.
Preparation: Mix the Kairusi Pepper Fish Fry Masala, Ginger Garlic Paste. Add required salt and add very little water and make it into a thick paste. Apply masala all over the fish, deep into the slits and slashes. Leave this to marinate for 30 mins. Heat oil in a pan, place fish over it and cook 5 to 6 mins. Now flip over and cook for 5 more mins. Now the fish fry is done.
