Ingredients: Red chilly, Coriander, Cloves, cinnamon, Fennel Seed, Star Anis, cumin, Pepper
Preparation: Mix the Kairusi chicken 65 Masala powder, Corn Flour, Ginger Garlic Paste, curd and lemon. If need add some salt and add very little water and make it into a thick paste. Apply masala all over the chicken meat, deep into the slits and slashes. Leave this to marinate for 30 mins. Heat oil in a pan, fry the chicken. The chicken 65 is ready to serve hot
