Ingredients: Red Chilly, Coriander, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Cumin, Pepper Bengal Gramdhal, Urad Dhal, Asafetida, Salt, Dry Coconut
Preparation: Add 160g of dall in 250ml of water in a pressure cooker. Add tomatoes, Onion, Garlic, Green chilies, Kairusi turmeric powder cook for 10 minutes up to 2 whistles. Keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, onions, and curry leaves. Add vegetable, Salt and Kairusi Sambar Powder. After Vegetable boiled add tamarind juice, Cooked dal and leave for boil. At last add coriander leaves. Sambar is ready.
