Ingredients: Black Pepper, Cumin , RediChilly, Coriander, Dhoor Dhal, Turmeric Root, Asafetida, Salt
Preparation: In a pan , mix together water, Kairusi rasam powder, tamarind juice and crused garlic. Heat oil in a another pan, add mustard seeds, dried red chillies, curry leaves and crused tomato. Then add the seasoned items to mixed rasam pan. Add the chopped coriander leaves. Put down before rasam starts boiling. Serve hot.
